Our Process
Eight steps from your first call to a closed-out documentation package — no surprises, no self-certified results.
1. Call & schedule
Tell us the property type, what you're seeing and your deadline. We confirm an inspection window — typically within 24 hours, same day for emergencies, stop-work orders and active water damage.
2. On-site inspection
A certified inspector documents the space with photos, moisture readings, thermal imaging where relevant, and a component-by-component assessment. Suspect materials are sampled following EPA and NYS protocols with chain-of-custody records.
3. Accredited lab analysis
Samples go to an independent AIHA-accredited laboratory. You receive the lab's own report — bulk sample results, spore counts, dust-wipe levels or pCi/L readings — not a summary we typed up ourselves.
4. Written report & free scope of work
Within about 24 hours of results you get a plain-language findings report and an itemized scope of work with line-item pricing. If nothing needs to be done, the report says that too.
5. Filings & scheduling
We handle the regulatory side: ACP-5/ACP-7 asbestos filings, DEP and DOB notifications, HPD lead paperwork, tenant notices and building-management coordination, then lock the crew schedule.
6. Licensed remediation
Sealed containment under negative air pressure, HEPA filtration, wet removal methods, daily air monitoring, and licensed transport with signed disposal manifests. Occupied buildings stay usable outside the work area.
7. Third-party clearance
An independent inspector and lab verify the result — air clearance, dust wipes or visual plus moisture verification depending on the scope. We never self-certify our own remediation.
8. Documentation package
You close out with everything in one file: reports, lab data, air-monitoring logs, filings, manifests, clearance results and photos — the package lenders, adjusters, buyers and inspectors ask for.
